I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

Swiggy is one of India’s leading online food delivery hyperlocal services, founded in 2014. Over time it has expanded beyond just restaurant delivery to include Instamart (groceries/essentials), Genie (pickup/drop services, though some shutdowns have occurred) and other local services. The app attempts to be a “super app” — i.e. a one-stop platform for food, groceries, local services.
Why during every delivery .. I need to answer the call.. the delivery person asking the same question… Can swiggy can u not update the system… Really poor address management system swiggy.. This feedback would make less calls coming to me. Food ordering is not a problem. App using is good but it doesn’t make me happy.
Good app. It has all their services in one place. It would be better if they brought back the previous option of choosing if we need a bag or not for Instamart orders.
I’ve been using this shampoo for a long time, which I usually buy from a store — it always worked really well. But the one I recently ordered from Instamart seems completely different. The texture and quality are poor, and it doesn’t work the same at all. It feels like a fake or duplicate product. I expected genuine and original products from Instamart.

According to me, the Swiggy app is better than Zomato because its service is also good, and the best thing is that it delivers the same item at a lower price than Zomato. Plus, the delivery charge is free when you have a Swiggy Lite membership.

Swiggy.. I have been using since so long… Swiggy is like my go to help…. I order probably almost everyday.. I am addicted to its services.. Now the Genie feature that Swiggy has introduced.. makes me use the app even more. I use Genie to get some other essentials delivered to me other than food. Fast delivery.. Great customer service if something goes wrong.. Apt application and I have never used any other online food delivery application other than swiggy ever. I am that satisfied. 💋
Love it! Only problem is restaurants sometimes disappear just before finishing the order and I have to buy from a branch that’s further away, takes longer and charges more.
The app is amazing food comes hot and on time but ill rate only 3 stars 2 are missing as they take additional cost too much so when app was recently launched there was only delivery charges but now they are telling to give 45 rupees adding on it

At first swiggy refused to refund for cold,burnt and tasteless pizza from oven story , I don’t know why they didn’t give any reason they just say it’s their policies. However swiggy later on compensated me with a coupon of the same amount I paid for the pizza. Thank you for helping out your customers.
Too many distracting pop-ups. They always try to make you upgrade your subscription from Swiggy one to Swiggy black or whatever the case, in the end you feel like you’re paying too much for the delivery if you don’t upgrade your subscription.
