I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

[g=guzhang] swiggy is great, as long as its straightforward order delivery … qua of delivery boys have improved … where it lacks : order edits of any sort and problem starts … the app response is poor … if u at all get thru their helpline, the back end appears to b too busy and rectification takes days.

Need to be careful of the outlets as some outlets seem to be operating from the same premises under different names. And all have different prices for the same items. Update about today’s order: Instructions not followed. Reported the issue on the “help” option. I was asked to write an email to them!! what nonsense. should just stop ordering from this platform.

i have been using Swiggy since its inception. It is sad to say that their service quality has dropped off late and their bot handling queries is the worst aspect. Even if the order is late by 30 minutes, it gives a scripted answer despite me enquiring the reason for the delay. oh, and their 10 minute delivery is never 10 minutes. it is always 20 or 30 minutes. stop misleading users with wrong delivery times.
reduce extra charges. example, item costs 120.. but we end up paying 200. which is too much. yes you charge like this for nearby restaurants too.. which are within 900 mts. I am giving 4 because, just because my hungry stomach gets some food.
Food prices are much higher on app than in restaurants and you charge gst extra when it is included in the price of every item, you are taking undue advantage of customers who order on line.
The offers are extortionary at times, never extraordinary. just happy with being able to source a meal that is not Kanji.

Magnificent app but the only problem is that when you expect a delivery to come soon, it takes a lot of time. If that wasnt there and the extra, unwanted charges werent there, i would give a five star rating for the app.

This is a really bad experience while using #Instamart. Mostly the products delivered are out of warranty or very close to expiration. Also if you complain, no one responds properly. And refunds provided are not as charges amount, If possible kindly don’t go to use this application or website for shopping.
very high delivery charge for 1.2 km distance
It’s time of delivery can be better And u have to work on delivery boy attitude… And also a sharp eye on Restaurants because some times they make a big mistake… Over all app is good and Swiggy should take care of his Delivery partner also. Swiggy u have to do one thing that is u need to give coupan to your Customer once in month Also…. Overall this application is good and easy to handle.
