I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

Ordering food is a safer and more convenient way to have food , it comes to rescue when a sudden plan pops up it would be great it it were a little early other than that a great experience ordering foood😘🥰
Despite its ease of ordering, the App could use a Tab that opens an Alphabetical Diary in which to record gastronomic experiences of ordering from the various food outlets. An appended Diary helps Customers correlate their current Orders with past experience that isnt easily recalled in the moment.
This is great. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and does it extremely well. Smooth and full-featured. I only wish you could fine-tune the kind of notifications you get (eg. keep notifications for deliveries but turn off the ones bugging me to buy something. Believe me, if I’m hungry and don’t want to cook, I’ll turn to Swiggy without needing a reminder.)
i love this app.But today i order sherpa rice but got wrong rice delivered. The resturant delivered me machurian rice . I made complaint to swiggy on the app. But didn’t received any help as I receive everytime. I was not able to contact agents of swiggy to communicate my issue . Please swiggy look into this issue so customer can communicate easily their issue .

Very nice app. Love it
Giving it 3 stars because I personally faced extra charges that were literally trivial. It is not bound to its showcasing offers. For example, once it showed 125 off on the orders above 199 but at the payment section it added extra gst charges and one particular thing that disappointed me the most was, it charged 11 rupees for delivery fee while the restaurant was only 500 meters away from my location. It is really very unsatisfactory.

The app is good but recently I ordered and I just changed the payment mode to cash. I was still looking for the breakup and the final amount. And suddenly it placed the order. This is so shity. Literally if anyone wants to add something or remove the item won’t be able to do it. This is so wrong. If this keeps on then customers will stop ordering then.
Good service and fast delivery is to be ensured i hope that in future more things to be better in the terms of categories in swiggy

Suggestion, I’m quite happy with the Instamart app. However, we can look at reducing the plastic usage. Lots of plastic are used for wrapping the vegetables and fruits. Even ice cream tubs can be substituted with the carton packs which can be economical as well as eco friendly
Nice features great coupons. The only thing for improvement I would suggest that maps. Sometimes the maps shows incorrect position of delivery agent even having a good stable internet connection
