I’m an A-type personality when it comes to my phone… because it’s MY phone! I went with Android because of its customizability. I’ve used several widget makers over the years. For a long time, my favorite was Zooper Widget… and then I found KWGT… which led me to KLWP! THIS is my favorite customizer, hands-down! So now, when I become bored with the layout, I can do so much more than simply change the wallpaper. With KLWP, I can change the interface!     Honestly, this app sucks for content but is simple to navigate and has a nice look. I wouldn’t pay for it though.

    Good app, liked the idea behind it. Really wish you could save the wallpapers to device, would make it a lot better because then you could see the work you’ve done.

    pretty good, allot of fun playing with and the design is UI is fairly easy to understand. the only thing preventing a five star review is this. every now and then is stops working and you have to go back into the app and reselect the wallpaper you made/modified. probably could be fixed with a program that checks if its running and re selects you previous setting. but other than that i love the interface, the artistic designs ect

    Complex, but excellent. A couple of suggestions: 1) I wish you’d get a warning when you’re exporting, and are about to overwrite a preset with the same name. Doesn’t help that you can’t see the name of the current preset. Also doesn’t help that you see only a truncated version of the name when you’re choosing one to import. 2) You should have the option of using one of the global colors with *every* type of item. For a uniform color scheme, it would eliminate a lot of copying and pasting.

    Had this app for a while and it worked great, very customizable. After a long while I encountered a problem when my phone’s software was upgraded. The customer service for the app ran me through some tests and we were able to find out the issue. My rating is based both on the app itself and the support provided and Im pleased with both.

    Endless possibilities however, learning curve is steep. All these features and functions and a severe lack of documentation.

    The perfect presentation of android is Linux. This is a work of art. Only art, no functionality. For some reason, in my device, Samsung Galaxy tab a8 (sm-x205), no touch action, and touch based animation works.

    Best most customizable live wallpaper app ever (whoops, saw the FaQ and realised that animations don’t work on groups, sorry for not checking prior to submitting a review!) One more request, please make the wallpaper work on lockscreen too As of now, only the background shows up and none of the elements do so please add that Thanks in advance!

    I almost never, literally never, rate apps, but I enjoy this app so much, I had to. At first I was confused as could be, didn’t even know you could load presets, but I kept toying around w it, having a blast, but it’s very addictive. If I could make 1 change / addition, it would be to somehow create pop-up shortcuts (maybe tips) to the directions/instructions website while customizing a preset. Of course w ability to turn off, and maybe even have various levels of shortcuts based on skill.

    For starters, I adore this app and have been using the pro version for my background for over a year now. It has worked beautifully until today when my phone received the newest Android update, now I can’t set KLWP as my background at all. It just… won’t register me setting and stays on one of the default papers. I really hope this issue us fixed quickly because I adore my custom persona 5 wallpaper and would hate to not use it 🙁

    I’ve only been using it for a very short time and it’s looking great, but I’m fairly sure that you really need to upgrade to get anywhere near the most out of this.

    one of the only reviews i have ever written for an app. been using kustom for 4 or 5 years now and it’s only continued to improve. fantastic user experience and helpful community. pro version is definitely worth the few dollars too, but totally workable as a free member. had so much fun making my perfect phone bg and excited to see what’s added in future!

    This is an incredible app. My only gripes are minor bugs, like placement in the editor does not look the same applied to the home screen, or numbers in the calendar I made showing different numbers than what is displayed in the text preview. It would also be nice to have an option to move a shadow around an object instead of pushing the object to fit the center, and the option to add animations to layers that aren’t directly in root. Text gvs also do not update from within Komponents.

    really good support team and a solid app. plenty of really cool wallpapers you can do without any experince or you can make your own if you want to.

    So far it had been great loved it on my zflip but once i upgraded to the zfold it became unsuable Klwp loads every time i open the phone and i cant set two diferent wallpapers for my folded and unfolded versions ether one becomes all jumbled up 🙁 this is really disheartening as i loved the customization options. Hopefully the Devs can take a look at it.
