I’m an A-type personality when it comes to my phone… because it’s MY phone! I went with Android because of its customizability. I’ve used several widget makers over the years. For a long time, my favorite was Zooper Widget… and then I found KWGT… which led me to KLWP! THIS is my favorite customizer, hands-down! So now, when I become bored with the layout, I can do so much more than simply change the wallpaper. With KLWP, I can change the interface!     This app has let me make the most wonderous customized wallpapers easily and I have only barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. The only single issue I could see with this is that when your phone’s storage gets too full (90% space used or so) it starts reverting to a default wallpaper, so keep your phones clean or get more space, because provided you have time to spare and a creative muscle to excercise, this app will do just the trick for you. ー 492/500 characters used.

    Having issues with my S25 Ultra, Android 15, UI 7.0 Either not showing the KLWP preset or a solid black line side to side or everything all jumbled together in one spot. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it a couple times, didn’t help. Finally had uninstall it. 😞

    Its probably an Android limitation, but we need to be able to set the wallpaper to only lock screen. I want to use this app as an lockscreen customization tool (since klck doesnt do the job because its not the system lock screen) but i cant. I hope this is something that the developer can fix/add, even if i dont think its possible.

    Using KLWP exclusively on a phone is a good experience, but it could be improved by certain features such as better UI positioning (UX?) – why isn’t there a bottom navigation bar (with the rename, copy, cut buttons)? That’s standard nowadays. There are some small issues, too. Why can’t GIFs be put in groups? Why can’t you animate grouped items individually? A lot of neat animation easings could be added too. There are some workarounds, but these features should be in the app natively. superb btw

    Wonderful tool. Gives me damn near limitless freedoms. There are a few suggestions I have. 1. When rotating an item the item retains a large detection box. For example a 45° rotated rectangle retains a large hit box from the two furthest points in a square shape. It should have a hit box the same shape it is, or at least the option. 2. More animation options, specifically start and end point for scrolling objects and text. It’s difficult to get smooth text scrolling. Will give more feedback.

    KLWP is a great app for customization. I’ve had it for years and reinstalled it on my newer phone. Beyond that, their support team is the best! I had an issue where blank screens were getting deleted and they helped me find a result even though it was in nova launcher settings. They could’ve easily said “not our app sorry” but instead they tried to help. Appreciate it!

    It was working fine now it’s freezing at the loading screen when I try to load a wallpaper I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it’s still gives me problems. And it’s force closeing is there a bug now in the app. The app is really buging out now. I’ll have to rate 3 stars intil fixed

    When it works, it works. But it goes so in depth that it’s hard to use on a phone. The menus are not structured very well but if you can figure it out, it does work. I wish I could download a windows computer version of this app to make my phone wall paper, because the app is very tight and clunky on a phone. But the app goes very in depth and as long as your willing to spend the time, you can literally make your wall paper be or do anything you can imagine.

    In general great application, great customization but there is quite big issue with weather. Built-in providers does not work or provide strange values. Open Weather is completely wrong, Yahoo isn’t working at all and finally Yr.no isn’t updating weather and most of the time shows ‘Unknown’.

    Long time user, soo much fun. Only limits are your mind, Its depths seem endless like Maya or After Effects. I cant download it anymore, just eats up way too much of my time, cant stop, but l thought l would spread the love to more responsible users. I love this app but its not working on android 16 or Samsung u.i. 8, not sure which.

    I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now, and I’ve had no problems with it until recently; no matter what I do, even after making sure that it was using the right folder, certain image assets now refuse to load on my wallpaper, and a couple have moved out of place despite me not making any changes. I can’t figure out a fix for this…

    Nice but not yet working with Galaxy S25. After Disable parallel rendering, the pic was displayed but toggle on square doesn’t work to change to another image, even though it works inside the app

    I’m happy with the functionality of the app, however it’s starting to show it’s ages. simple things like $nc(dtypes)$ not showing 5G still irritate me. the whole point of being able to customise my wallpaper is for it to show me what I want, and small things like this currently don’t allow me to do so.

    please update the app for Android api 35. it’s not working on Android 15 api 35. it was good before.app is so slow and the wallpaper is not applying. edit : it’s all working fine now..thanks a lot
