Looking through the reviews I was starting to get a lil worried, but I didn’t have any issues. I’m not sure if they fixed the issue or if it was due to user error, but I honestly really like these headphones. The app adds to the experience, imo bc you can change how the music sounds and change the level of noise cancelation. Not absolutely necessary to use the headphones tho.

    It shows my device, but it needs more portability, like widgets on the home screen with all the percentages of headphones, or watches.

    Unfortunately, the app does not support haylou t15, in fact, because the newly developed application supports only two models of haylou devices, it has a very beautiful appearance and user interface, I wish it supports all devices, I am impatiently waiting for T15, thank you
