Looking through the reviews I was starting to get a lil worried, but I didn’t have any issues. I’m not sure if they fixed the issue or if it was due to user error, but I honestly really like these headphones. The app adds to the experience, imo bc you can change how the music sounds and change the level of noise cancelation. Not absolutely necessary to use the headphones tho.

Why does my handsfree not find me no matter what I do? Haylou w1
Tencent scan say that app is wrong certifcation. Fix install from mi getapp store. And inposible to use on tablets. No support. On phone works great.
Hello, I Have bought a Halyou mori pro ANC model T016. My device is Redmi note 7 pro.i have some sound issue on it.I can not get full sound from earbuds with this device. I check with other devices and these result are ok. But i can not solve my sound problem on Redmi note 7 pro. Do u have any idea or solution or any updated information why i am facing this problem.?

I’ve been using this app for a week now as I’ve bought Haylou Mori pro ear buds 1 week ago, so far I’m loving this app the ear bud. The simple minimalistic UI design is really great. Hoping to get regular firmware updates for my earbuds through this app.
I have Haylou S30, after firmware update to V.1.0.0.7 i notice the sound quality is downgraded, it was better in V.1.0.0.6 especialy the ANC and Classical preset, does anyone feel the same? Please Haylou developer update your Haylou S30 firmware to fix this issue and add customizable EQ. That would be great because S30 is your famous product! Thank you.
Overall, the app is great. But I do NOT want to give away my phone number, DOB, email and gender to the CCP. If the app can work without login, it would be 5 stars.
Good Enough App for New Haylou Audio Products. Kindly Improve 1. Support for more Models(Older ones please include them) 2. More Functions for the App, like Manual EQ, Widgets and Notification Shortcuts 3. Pop Up Connections 4. Ability to Change Control Settings. 5. Voice Prompts updates for the headset instead of Ding Sounds
It does not show the charge percentage of the headphone case.

You don’t need my email, phone number or location just to update firmware on what is supposedly “my” hardware. To everyone reading this, don’t feed them real data, find and use a temporary email service, and pass fake location through a mock GPS provider. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up. Won’t buy anything from Haylou ever again.
App itself is not bad, but it definitely lacks user friendly features. I own haylou s30 and i would like to use a custom equalizer for them and not the preset sound settings (which are bad). The lack of such features really makes the usage of the product less enjoyable. Would be really great to see better features added!
you can add x1 neo. All are haylou products if some available some not available at app. Is this right
