Edit: The PC app (Ver EseeCloud_Setup_3.0.3_20200319) is now working with Windows 11. Locking up fixed a while back. So I’m back to 5 stars. I have been using this app for years (since around 2011) and except for a very short time where the app was locking up (which has been fixed now) and that the PC version of the app needs updated to work with Windows 11, I have not had any problems. I don’t know why other people are having problems. They might be using a different brand of security cameras than I am. I’m not sure but for over 11 years it has been working for me.

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now. The camera works excellent on wifi using SD. But, if you switch it to HD on wifi, the live feed slows down, then the camera goes completely offline. I have to unplug it and reboot the camera. I guess that you have to have the camera hooked up through Ethernet to get HD to work properly. Other than that, it works okay for now. No problem with the app so far.
The app works great. You do have alot more features if you sign up for the cloud storage although using your SD card seems to be fine for me. I would have given the app a five star review if it wasn’t for the constant tugging at my sleeves to sign up. I’m on a budget right now and these pop up’s to join cloud is annoying so I give them a 4 star review.

Hello,.. your camers are very good at capturing/ following individuals. and we enjoy the extra features , the alarms, the motion light the ability for the onlooker to talk through the camera, …The issue is the amount of Gigga Bites for the service. You say its 3 GB or 30 says, whichever comes 1st, but the GB run out within Aprox 3 days, wich in no way compares to /or is even close to 30 days. We think it be best if service was for a monthly rate, like cellular service can be.
worked great for a while then added a 7th camera and now it closes often as soon as you open it.
I almost didn’t get one of these cameras based on the poor ratings of this app. I took a shot figuring most issues were user related. I’m not trying to say that people generally don’t know what they’re doing or they expect to much from a fairly cheap camera. My camera and app work flawlessly…..so far. Will update when/if I encounter problems.

I really enjoy the camera and the many features. It can be a bit sensitive to objects other than humans. My main issue was with the camera’s usb power port. I kept getting messages of it being off-line, where I followed the steps for this. I later determined it was a faulty/loose power connection that was the cause. The power connection on the rear would make it go off at random. I mentioned this to the help section of the app, and after 3 attempts, I stopped.
When my phone is not connected to Wi-Fi, the camera appears offline in the app, which is quite frustrating. However, the moment I connect my phone to the Wi-Fi network, everything starts functioning correctly again. This raises some suspicions for me, especially considering that my mobile data speed is significantly faster than the speed of my home Wi-Fi. I’m concerned about why the camera only works when I’m connected to Wi-Fi, despite my mobile data providing a faster connection.
camera and app is good, but in 3 years they say they do not support old nvr software “K Series Nvr” and no replacement bullet cameras is available . need to improve on ethics.

it was absolutely easy to install. download the app with the QR code and I followed the instruction and within seconds it was up and running. the only thing I had difficult was getting the time on the camera camera correctly but with a quick email and within that day I had it resolved. thank you very much.
the app is terrible. we have 38 of these cameras, they work great.
Won’t load to my phone also doesn’t recognize WiFi

Still needs bug fix, like some times you hit a function but it is not activating. And then after some time it does… And why is my camera not activated when I want to purchase cloud … But some are fixed so on the right road.
