Edit: The PC app (Ver EseeCloud_Setup_3.0.3_20200319) is now working with Windows 11. Locking up fixed a while back. So I’m back to 5 stars. I have been using this app for years (since around 2011) and except for a very short time where the app was locking up (which has been fixed now) and that the PC version of the app needs updated to work with Windows 11, I have not had any problems. I don’t know why other people are having problems. They might be using a different brand of security cameras than I am. I’m not sure but for over 11 years it has been working for me.

My Fiance and I are enjoying the cameras that we bought, but the only issues that I have, is when I putted in High Definition, and when I go back to the cameras, it goes back to Standard Definition system. I want the system to stay in High Definition. An I want to know how can I constantly keep my cameras recording?
This is a great surveillance system. I DO NOT use their cloud storage. I bought a 4 solar powered surveillance system one light bulb surveillance camera for my front door. As long as I maintain Bluetooth access on my phone, I get videos notifications on my phone. Otherwise, it’s just on my computer, email or TV, my choice. I ❤️ this company recommend them.
This camera worked great until there was a power outage. It went offline of course, but didn’t come back on when the power came back on. I was out of state at the time(recieved texts from the electricity co.about the power).I contacted the co.asking if there was a way to turn it back on in their app,but they said I had to be in front of the camera to do so.I purchased another similar camera from a different co.&that camera came right back on by itself.Will purchase another from that co.
Good, but lots of room for improvement. The app is clunky, seems to have long connection times. As a comparison, when I click on my Ring camera it’s almost instant live feed. With this camera and app set up it’s often several seconds, 30 to 45, and then many times I get a connection timeout. Also when viewing a camera it goes into sleep mode, requiring a camera restart. Like I said, def room for improvement. I agree with the other post, the recording of events and playback is horrible.
The app is OK. It does its job I guess. But it has some problems. First of all, it will not let me purchase the internet storage package. None of them. It will not register my tapping on purchase. And the other thing that is completely broken is the sharing. Just errors after following the links from the QR code. Those are the big issues. Other than that the app does ok. It is kind of slow and clunky, but I expect that from a small Linux machine recording 5 wireless streams at the same time.
All appears okay except the app doesn’t support dark mode as set in android OS, or text scaling and as such I can’t see the screens of the app at all. Is there any other app I can use or is this it? or can you allow a dark mode or text scaling.

It’s a pretty good app and overall we are generally satisfied with the 4 that we have around our house. We like to turn the alarm on every night and I wish they had a setting in the grouping that would allow us to turn the siren alarms on and off as a group rather than having to go to each camera individually and turn it on and off. Plus the alarm setting is pretty deep in the menu. Move it to the top in the grouping. Other than that one issue, we are generally pretty satisfied.
started off with no ads now there there. wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t video ads. i need to check my video feed in a hurry a lot of the time
this app works great ! The only issue I’ve had is that the playback feature doesn’t let you playback the most recent 30 minutes. It’ss like it takes time for it to catch up. I’m hoping this fixes i, but all in all it’s a great app for security cameras
works excellent
Only the person who first sets up the account gets push notifications. The rest of the family gets no notifications even though the cameras have been shared with them, and they have their phone set to receive push notifications. Big Flaw!
Nice Reliable 4 this Price
it was great until it stopped showing thumbnails. I don’t have time to go through all the videos to see if someone was there. I guess it’s time to move on.

I would have love to have the camera with an NVR, making it a total package.
