Everything works as intended. Setup was easy, and the app controls are pretty straightforward. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the app definitely can be improved. Future firmware and software updates would make the product better. Specifically, motion detection tracking so the camera motors center the motion in frame and then returns to the set spot, better camera movement controls for more precise camera positioning, and a better interface for managing SD Card Storage would be great additions.

very clear vision. picture quality is topnotch.
Sometimes freezes and I have to close it and reopen it. Other than that, I’m satisfied with how it works and its quality. There just aren’t enough instructions included with it.
What cameras can I use for my doorbell?
have 4 cameras installed, it’s all working perfectly well, but I will love to have a way to view all the cameras simultaneously in 2 or 4 split screen at the same time, please look into that instead of switching 1 by 1, can I view the cameras all at the same time
The App doesn’t send notifications after all the Send and Push Notification are open

Would be nice if there if you could have preset for the camera like V380 App an a PC version, for the rest it is a very good app
not able to speak and not hearing from the base.
When I initially set the camera up I had a pretty good signal and it worked good. A couple of days later I lost signal and was unable to use it at all. I contacted tech support through the app and they suggested I relocate the camera. When I relocated the camera as was suggested, the camera has been working great ever since! Good app and very good camera. I would purchase again.
Very user friendly
in general the app works but only on some devices that i have. after allowing mic acces it crashes no error message, can you fix this?

best app ever seen I love it
I just got the app. installed. So far it’s the best app I’ve ever used. This is the 12th camera I’ve installed and it was one of the easiest. Now, I’m going to be installing more cameras with mix manufacturers, I hope I can get them to work, I’ll try to keep everyone updated.
I’m not figured App out yet.😔
