Everything works as intended. Setup was easy, and the app controls are pretty straightforward. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the app definitely can be improved. Future firmware and software updates would make the product better. Specifically, motion detection tracking so the camera motors center the motion in frame and then returns to the set spot, better camera movement controls for more precise camera positioning, and a better interface for managing SD Card Storage would be great additions.

easy to use, great control from phone/tablet
Hotspot connectivity issue with UBox app on my Samsung Galaxy Fold5 which worked flawlessly until what I think is related to a recent Android UI6.1.1 update with AI enhancements. Ubox app fails immediately when attempting to connect to it’s companion camera. I had used the app and camera as a rear view on my wheelchair. Very handy up till now. Please help.

I absolutely love this camera and the app is honestly the best one I’ve found so far. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I’m not trying to sound like I’m being paid for this post because I’m truly not, and I’ve never left a review on here before but this camera and app deserves my time to write this.

This good device is easy to set up and use for daytime wildlife observation. I ask the good developer to consider adding an optional black background/white font theme to the app. This will help reduce the unnecessary brightness in darker conditions for viewing the app on the smartphone’s screen. Thank you for a good device and app.
This camera does exactly what I needed it to do. The picture is crystal clear and the night sensitivity is outstanding. I’m very happy with the device and plan on getting more soon.
Have major issues as won’t respond to commands up down left right, have reinstalled several times, Worked great for few months ?? Have 2 of them both doing same . Have updated firmware also but not resolved? Over all great till this happened.
Just reinstalled on Samsung s24 ultra and found that there no where to change the notification sounds ….sadly anyone else have issues .
Easy to install and use. Only issue is the app doesn’t automatically refresh the feed. You have to go into each camera to see live instead of being able to refresh all at once.

The app works well, as it should. However, there are issues when it comes to payment and actually paying for the subscription. There’s no way to instantly confirm payment and have continuous service. This was an issue with me when the camera stopped functioning because my subscription expired, even though I previously paid for service. I was unable to contact customer service.
so far so good the best damn experience so far actually I bought a bunch of cameras lately since most of them back this one has the fairest cloud service fee I’ve come across so far they actually give you 30 days to try it out for free without having to put in your credit card I mean can’t really ask for more than that especially when other places are trying to charge you $40 bucks up front and it’s not even as good and the pairing and set up is easy no ads need I say more
The application is great and some of my suggestions were implemented eventually which I highly appreciate. I would still like to have the option to show battery/WiFi Signal Strenght/Flashlight button while viewing my cameras in landscape mode. Also, when viewing on iPad the picture does not scale properly which results in smaller viewing angle. Please fix that. Then you will have 5/5 rating in Google Play and App Store from me. Activity detection is slow to activate recording on all the settings. Other than that it’s good.
The camera is better now, just work on the software so that it can at least meet up with the new ones in Vogue
Love this camera!! You can remote view it from anywhere, changing camera direction. Plus, it is solar, so I do not have to run cords or recharge it every few weeks. It also has a flood light option, which is nice. Will be buying another one for the front of the house. Highly recommend! P.S. IF the camera goes offline, an easy fix is to just “turn it off” — the on/off switch is next to the USB port under the rubber flap.
