Tribit Stormbox Micro (1st Gen) lacks a EQ and app support compared to it’s upgraded Brother Tribit Stormbox Micro 2. While I love the fact that this tiny speaker has as much power that it does at 9watts with a good frequency range playing down to 70hz which is outstanding for a speaker this size, . Moral of the story it lacks app support and app support and a EQ would make this speaker a 10/10 also a 3rd Gen with let’s say 15-25watts playing down to 50hz would be epic Tribit if you’re listenin

Why no support for the Stormbox Mini?
**Update. Just like all the rest. Wants a login. I’m sick of everything wanting you to create some account. I have enough trouble keeping passwords remembered. I don’t want another. Plus firmware update says 5-10 mins. 30 mins and no update. The stormbox speakers blow away anything soundcore has (rave series especially), love the speakers. The app is just like all the rest. Promising start, but same old b.s. love the speakers but would not buy them again because of this app.
EQ. That’s all. Can’t change what buttons do.

The app has great potential but also really too many bugs. Cannot cancel login form to use the app offline… Sometimes custom EQ profiles are disappearing. Didn’t understand pushing XBass on my Tribit Stormbox Blast what really does.. Maybe select the XBass EQ profile? And pushing it again maybe switch to another random profile? Or what? Update 13-sep As the developer kindly offered to directly support me I updated the review to 3 stars. 5 stars when all will be fixed.. Thanks a lot!
depends works great on my phone. does not work on my tablet. cannot see EQs to change or when selecting custom , cannot customize because it doesn’t show entire screen like it does on my phone.
There is a bug in the ‘Countdown to shutdown’ option on my Tribit XSound Plus 2 when enabling it for the first time the hours showing wrong with repetitive numbers only as ‘21,22,23’. Reply to the response : Still the bug is there.
😃SPECTACULAR APP! My heart goes out to those/yal having problems. But I praise God 😍 this App works so well with my 2 speaker’s In Every Way I bought for pairing together. This App has too many Benefits for me-any of us to type of. Especially the “Setting’s” is an awesome selection of our own choices like updating and etc! THANK YAL for this Great App it simply works for me tremendously!

Updated to 4 stars. It did take them a week to get back to me and by that time I had already figured it out with Google. Hard reset. Reinstall and then worked again. I have had them less than a month. Pixel 7pro. C1 ear buds. They now will not work with phone calls any more. Just stopped working one day. Had them less than a month. Yes I have checked Bluetooth setting. Here to check for updates and none.
Sound is not bad. But the fact that they don’t connect to this app is ridiculous might need to return them and as it just arrived today and the left side doesn’t work is a huge issue also
The turn off timer feature for xsound plus2 is shows only 3 hrs repeated numerous times. ( 21, 22 and 23). this worked fine before the last 2 updates. please fix!
Solid speaker you can depend on. I’m going to keep this simple. I have two of these boom boxes, and they pair together very easily, and the sound is always outstanding all the time in any configuration I choose to use them. I do recommend the Tribit Stormbox Blast. There is an app that goes with it as well available from the Google Play Store that enables the use of an EQ so you can customize the sound if you would like plus there are a few other settings you can adjust. The app is optional.
Recently I bought the XSound Go. The experience is great especially with eq customisation and app support. The sound quality is amazing. This app works fine for me. Keep it up. ❤️👍
The apps sometimes glitches between equalizer modes, and I have to restart the app. I have to use the app more frequently as I use it as a classroom accommodation(music for anxiety). I use the EQ modes to quiet the earbuds more than my phone allows. That being said, widgets for samsung devices and the glitches being fixed would make this app 100% better. The glitches really make it annoying to use the EQ features.
Update: Only the latest of 5 versions of the Flybuds 3 can connect to the app. The rest are locked out. This isn’t listed anywhere in the app. I purchased Flybuds 3; however, they connect to Bluetooth as “SolarBuds 3”. I haven’t been able to connect to the Tribit app, both before and after resetting the BT connection on the phone and with the case button method. I’ve allowed all permissions (location, nearby devices, notifications, etc), but it’s still not finding the earbuds through the app.
Can you add an option to switch on the speaker through app if it is possible ?
it work perfectly for Tribit stormbox micro 2 but Tribit Stormbox mini is still not compatible on the app

Would be awesome if we could pair speakers like stormbox lava with stormbox micro 2. I have both and I wanted very very much to pair them.
