I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

I love Swiggy so much because it has so many offers one time I ordered 2 pizzas and it just cost 70 rupees and the taste was also 10 on 10 while I love this app so much I also used zomato but Swiggy is better than zomato
it is a really very good app items are at the best price and really good packaging too the thing is the delivery partner is very rude so improve this they don’t know how to talk with costumers the rest is good so overall 4 star

This is my first and last feedback about the Swiggy cancellation policy. I ordered food and after a minute I cancelled my order due to some reason. when my order was cancelled then they charged me with 100% cancellation fee. I know it’s a waste of food. Good 👍 but I hope you are not doing only one person. Hope you are applying the same policy for other customers. Thank you 👍

Swiggy Instamart has been a convenient go-to for daily essentials, but I’ve noticed a consistent lack of plant-based products—especially protein powders and other vegan-friendly staples. With the growing demand for healthier and sustainable choices, it would be great to see more variety in this category. Hoping the team expands the selection soon to better serve customers with diverse dietary preferences!
Editing my review for the Amazing job being done by the Swiggy team . . . For something like this to still function even when times are bad like this and trying to keep up to the norms as best as possible. . . . It’s unreal and quality service all the way . . . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stuff once again

Nice to see the 99₹ above free delivery option back. Really appreciated. But kindly provide free delivery upto 10kms like zomato as it’s a competition for swiggy. We have lots of restaurants at 7-8kms range and we are missing the free delivery option there. Please add that option to atleast black user’s so more black subscribers will also be added.

I’m really disappointed with my recent Instamart order. I ordered Ariel Liquid 4L, but the item was not delivered and no refund has been made even after 5 days. I contacted customer care multiple times — they kept saying to drop a mail from my registered email ID, which I already did. Still, I haven’t received any proper response or solution. This
Used to love Swiggy but it’s getting worse everyday. Got orders delayed by half an our, got cold food delivered, didn’t get any compensation. All I got was false promises, twice. Was trying to add a mode of payment and mistakenly placed an order today. Immediately went to cancel the order only to be informed a cancellation fees of the full amount would be charged. it’s not even been a minute yet. Frustrating would be understatement.
They show something and they give something else , I had ordered a pizza that cost 200 rupees, but when it was delivered and I saw and tasted it, it was so bad that I can’t even explain. But the way they showed it, it made my mouth water 🤤😅🤣. When it arrived at home, its actual worth seemed less than even 80 rupees
I’d have ordered 500 times or more. Mostly my experience has been positive. Recent days, I see a huge difference between the price at the restaurant and in the app. For example, in one instance, I saw a difference of ₹109 for 1 item. And I am not even at metro city. I understand that Swiggy has to pay the delivery execs, customer support, devs and every one. But they should be transparent about it – maybe call it a delivery fee, platform fee etcetera and not include that in the price of food.
