Unfortunately, there are few flaws in this app that may result in unwanted behavior. The method “Auto startup” is implemented won’t allow the app to start unless phone is manually unlocked first. Reporting of phone battery status is missing. And if android device runs out of juice, for the most phones out there it require rooting to make it automatically turn on after charger is reconnected. I expect to see support for connecting to ELM327 for reading vehicle parameters and remote DTC

    I abandoned this for ZiX remote tracker link instead because the latter is more accurate, never fails and doesn’t require that you first get approval to track from target device. these had been my experience with these apps before I found the recommendation about zix who made it so easy to simply look up a phone number and then use the link to track where they are. it works every time. ZiX handle is (autonomy.projects00) on (Instagram).*

    The app works very well, however more enhancements like battery charge, accelerometer readings and etc will make it really outstanding
