I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

there is an issue where the otp has to be given to the delivery partner in order to complete the order .. however due to poor network the sms doesn’t appear for as long as 15 mins. isn’t there any other way to get the otp instead of the sms? it’s a waste of time for both parties. EatSure sends you the otp at the time you are ordering and you are all ready to hand over the otp and get on with your life. 🙏🏻
Used to be a good app. Not anymore. Deliveries take forever to arrive and the timer on the app just plain lies. Some delivery partners take multiple stops without any deduction of fees and extended wait time which ends up delaying things to the point food is cold when it arrives. The delivery fees are quite high and service is really bad .
this is a good app whenever I want to eat pizza or something else anything I order from this app this is a very good app I should say people that people should prefer this app but 2or 3 days ago I order pizza and something else and it takes really to hours and the order cancelled by itself and I am was angry because I am watch very hungry but don’t worry because this is the first time happened But this was the first instamart is also good it takes so less money and the food is also good fresh ✨
My order from Dominos was not delivered. I was told order is cancelled due to technical issues and refund will be initiated. But silently order was marked as delivered after one day. Support team told they just take money and I need to check with Dominos for refund. After patiently explaining the issue multiple times to customer service, refund is initiated

what is up with a new update every single day? now my eatlists are gone. I created them over many months. no warning now they’ve just disappeared from my app with no way to access them. maybe if Swiggy could focus on what the app users actually want and need instead of launching USELESS AI BOTS that only serve to irritate us
slow delevery
They show you a delivery time which changes as soon as you place the order. they assign another order to your delivery partner but show your order as out for delivery even if they are waiting to pick the other order. They ask for more money if you want the delivery exclusively for yourself. something has seriously gone wrong in the management. This is shameful. not using the app anymore.
solved the fast delivery issue(where my usual 20 minutes delivery changed to 40 minutes to meet the criteria)and now delivers food real fast. Good job.
Great app…only problem is that we can’t add more than one item to cart….it’s quite annoying…but otherwise great app would recommend! 👍
Reduced a star because of the UX issue. If I order from two outlets (the food part not instamart), I should be able to swipe the orders rather than going to the orders page, just as if the instamart order was split. Another important suggestion could be to be able to combine Instamart orders if a restaurant is close by or on the way back home. (I ain’t reduced a star for this tho, ’tis just a suggestion). It should be an option at the check out for supported restaurants.
Works pretty well in some cities/restaurants. I faced problems at times when the restaurant would delay my order for more than an hour. The delivery timer would just keep on getting updated with no reply on complaints. I had no option but to wait
The best online delivery app.Swiggy gives more offers than other apps but the only problem is swiggy needs more delivery agents most of the time the apps takes more time to find a delivery agent.Anyway they delivers food on time.
