Works extremely well on both my Galaxy Nexus and my Nexus 7 2013. A tablet interface would be nice but not necessary. The only qualm I have with it is how oddly things seem to be laid out. Lots of white space on the bottoms. Other than that, I love the Holo style of this app. Cards look great, as do the tile icons. If only there were an actual riichi app as good looking as this one…

    Very good calculator for Riichi (best imo) only problem is that I cant even pay to get rid of ads, which would be worth it

    Only thing that is odd to me is why concealed kan is own button when others don’t have concelead version buttons? Why concealed isn’t a modifier button setting all sets declared after setting modifier concealed?

    It’s a very good calculator for EMA rules but some rules use local yaku like daisharin. Overall, solid app.

    edit: this is the best riichi calculator I have ever used and the developer fixed a major bug within a day. incredible work and customer support. original review which is no longer factual: used to be amazing but I can’t seem to find the conditions tab anymore which is essential to score calculation. will revise to 5 stars when fixed

    Great app! I play a mahjong game that’s in Japanese, and sometimes I can’t figure out what Yaku I have, so this really helps. Easy to use and very helpful

    Tenhou/chihou to add more yakuman would be nice. But it’s already a very nice app for score calculation

    Just what I needed! Counting scores is too difficult in this game. But I didn’t see how to calculate a hand with riichi.

    Convenient riichi calculator. However, I do have a suggestion. I would suggest changing the X button to “Clear Tiles” or something a bit more obvious. Edit: I figured out how the dealer/non-dealer is accounted for.

    Works for the most part, but there no ‘pinfu’ option to add as yaku. Sometimes there are pinfu only hands or riichi pinfu.
