Photo Translator

Great 👌 app! Found it very useful and handy, while driving a Japanese Volvo for the first time I really needed translations of the dashboard alerts. with picture translations this app was so amazing on my 2000 miles trip.

I am on trial version, and it is a “wow”. I just received a product from China, and the user guide is in Chinese. I thought they could be an app to help, so I googled. This app perfectly, I mean, perfectly copied and translated the guide. There is an option for line by line translation or paragraph by paragraph. It’s just beautiful. I hope I can get to do more stuffs with it. But the yearly charge is outrageous. If I am paying about £24, I should own the app for life, instead of a year.

Not the best. Kept on closing out of nowhere. When I finally got it to work I actually got decent translations. Would recommend if you are looking for a free image translation. Did have one popup saying would you like premium or something like that, other than that it is a good app. I would recommend, yet it could be better, it doesn’t tell you what language it is but does work well, Love how easy it is, don’t even have to put the language, overall it is a very easy to use and good app

I was debited for full year when i didn’t intend to subscribe after the trial period. Can the developers issue a refund?

Good for normal horizontal text translations, can’t handle manga. Though none of the apps can.

I tried the app with the 3-day free trial but found the translations inaccurate, so I canceled within an hour. Despite canceling, I was still charged ₱1,650. I contacted support, and they quickly processed my refund. While the translation quality needs improvement, their customer support was excellent and responsive.

I am using this app on a trial basis testing on 2 languages, Chinese Polish. The picture of the Chinese characters provide two words that seem to be the closest interpretation of the characteristics. The app seems to require the user to use those create a more literal translation. That is why the 4 stars. I’ll now try the Polish translation provide an update. UPDATE: I tried translating the image of Polish words and program only accurately 75% of the words. 90% sure I won’t buy the app.

Absolutely outstanding. I took a photograph of the area I wanted translated, and there it was in English. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Used this once and was very impressed cut my work in half.

So, lets be honest apps like this will not be perfect. But this app is pretty good i mean it translates better than I expected, although it doesn’t translate perfectly it does translate enough to make me understand what the words are trying to say. Its pretty good, especially when it takes a few seconds to translate. Update: So it was good at first , now its not translating to English so there is no point in having this or paying anymore.
