Fonctionnait très bien pour ma carte prépayée, jusqu’à ce qu’elle ne soit plus visible nulle part sur mon compte: je n’ai plus accès ni au solde, ni à l’outil pour ajouter de l’argent. Et ceci sur tous les supports. J’ai essayé de régler ça par chat, mais c’est inutilisable: si vous vous absentez 3 minutes du chat (évidemment c’est nécessaire quand on vous demande de “supprimer le cache” ou “desinstaller l’application”), on perd la conversation et on doit tout recommencer depuis le début……

    The app is good and it tells you how much data you have left so I kind of like it especially if you have pay and go because you can just put money on it from there.

    I removed this app few days ago and I keep getting notifications to install this again. any idea? Nicky – I think you missed the part where I uninstalled the app. Can you check if proximus service keeps pushing notifications through the playstore?

    Impossible to log out of the app and to remove an account. You can only add another account. It seems that you also cannot choose the language and that it automatically picks the system language.

    The app is basic! but it is annoying that every time I’m abroad, I can’t check it because the app won’t even open (the white screen with the Proximus logo is all I can see).

    It does the job. But it keeps asking for Itsme account verification, despite having done that successfully… twice. And the worst, I keep getting daily notification spam, despite having set all notification options within the app to off.
