Fonctionnait très bien pour ma carte prépayée, jusqu’à ce qu’elle ne soit plus visible nulle part sur mon compte: je n’ai plus accès ni au solde, ni à l’outil pour ajouter de l’argent. Et ceci sur tous les supports. J’ai essayé de régler ça par chat, mais c’est inutilisable: si vous vous absentez 3 minutes du chat (évidemment c’est nécessaire quand on vous demande de “supprimer le cache” ou “desinstaller l’application”), on perd la conversation et on doit tout recommencer depuis le début……

    I was never a fan of your app, however you fixed all the issues on my Galaxy s9 in the newest update, and now it works well. Therefore here, take my 5 stars. Hopefully it stays like this.

    Updated review: I deleted my previous review. The problems went away for whatever reason. Works as intended. I still would like to access the rewards game in app and not be required to download another app or go on a website, but that’s a small thing.

    Easy to use and navigate any where and any time, Proximus was my first mobile network way back in 1995 I switched bur came back now a customer for more than 15yrs will never switch again very satisfied “Proximus is on Fire”

    The App itself is ok but the execution is weird. Why bother making an app you can use to pay bills or manage your account that is only accessible with Mobile Data? When your over your limit, you can’t access your own account… to, for example, buy more data.

    All good except the VISA verification for ING bank: the code you type in is not visible on the screen as you type it. So mistakes cannot be checked.

    Since the update to proximus+ i can’t see my bundles, how many minutes i talked or how much data i consumed… useless. It is impossible to log in, as it requires itsme, however my company is the registered user, so it doesn’t find any subscription under my name obviously. Edit: Thanks for providing the how to, now i was able to create an account with email, and add the phone number. Now i can see my consumption and bundle information.

    Recently, I have been unable to view my payment statements despite having administrator privileges. Can you please explain why this is happening? Additionally, when I attempt to access the relevant page, I am prompted to become an administrator, which I already am.

    On the first page, you can only choose one type of usage to be displayed. You can switch it to another usage type, but you cannot show them at the same time. Why can’t I just put my data usage and calling usage on the same overview screen? Now I have to click on the details every time.

    It seems that there was a big problem when they updated the app, everything is now working as intended. Handy app to check the status of your subscription.

    The whole ‘favorite app’ thing doesn’t work properly. I can only choose between 7 apps. 6 of those are the standard ones, Facebook, Snapchat and such. The 7th one is a game that I deleted more then a year ago, but somehow it’s selected as favorite. The app I want to select isn’t even in the selection menu.
