Fonctionnait très bien pour ma carte prépayée, jusqu’à ce qu’elle ne soit plus visible nulle part sur mon compte: je n’ai plus accès ni au solde, ni à l’outil pour ajouter de l’argent. Et ceci sur tous les supports. J’ai essayé de régler ça par chat, mais c’est inutilisable: si vous vous absentez 3 minutes du chat (évidemment c’est nécessaire quand on vous demande de “supprimer le cache” ou “desinstaller l’application”), on perd la conversation et on doit tout recommencer depuis le début……

Scaling needs to be fixed. For example when I want to stop direct debit, only half of the keep direct debit button is shown and the cancel button is not shown all together. And scrolling does not work or isn’t active to get to the button. Same story with the new app for that matter. I had to go to the website to do it.
very nice app, full of at a glance data and it makes it really easy to ask for support or activate/deactivate tv options with the flip of a switch.
It’s a great service however I wish that they also add the English language to Thier messages and full website services and there is a lot of it in Dutch and French only

Nice and easy
app is very buggy and forces multiple login’s please fix.
Rather good sometimes confusing
Utterly dreadful experience trying to use this app. It is cluttered with unwanted sales offers and totally irrelevant services. Why do you think I would be interested in mobility/parking products from my internet provider? It is almost impossible to find the information I want, and when I do the app is usually broken. E.g. trying to set up or turn off internet hotspot access. The UXUI design is terrible (especially the insane authentication steps). Truly a disaster of vision and implemention.
Practical and useful
Overall a good app. Like the options management within the app. Good view and download of the pdf bills as well.
Nice and simple app! I certainly recommend it. You can see the data you used in 1 click!
Good app and convenient
The performance of the app is just terrible. The My Products section never works or responds and the app bugs 9 out of 10 times. As a market leader in Belgium, we should get more than buggy apps and services!
Internet 🛜 perfect
The redesign made things way better. The home screen still has offers, but they were moved below more relevant info like mobile data usage. The irrelevant things like parking and weather seem to have been removed completely. This was a much needed change. Performance still leaves a lot to be desired, which is why it’s still only at 3 stars for me.

L’application ne permet pas une identification avec itsme contrairement au site web. Ce n’est pas cohérent entre les plateformes…
Has happened to me twice now where I used the chat with me option available on the app…apart from the standard acknowledgement no response received ever
So many updates that changed interface, needs relogining, and all them in that time when I didn’t wait for it. Maybe possible to issue lighter app that will be easier.
