Fonctionnait très bien pour ma carte prépayée, jusqu’à ce qu’elle ne soit plus visible nulle part sur mon compte: je n’ai plus accès ni au solde, ni à l’outil pour ajouter de l’argent. Et ceci sur tous les supports. J’ai essayé de régler ça par chat, mais c’est inutilisable: si vous vous absentez 3 minutes du chat (évidemment c’est nécessaire quand on vous demande de “supprimer le cache” ou “desinstaller l’application”), on perd la conversation et on doit tout recommencer depuis le début……

It is effective most of the time, especially when outside Belgium. However, sometimes get real problematic.
No widgets … *EDIT* okay, so meanwhile there IS a widget, just ONE, and it’s 4 by 1 ! And it’s pretty ugly. What could possibly be wrong with a good looking 1 by 1, or even 2 by 2 widget ?
Good but not all functions of proximus.be are available. Needs to get proximus store support!

Proximus is the best among all Your services and your networks are undiscribable.
In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I’ve been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I’m inactive and they will close the chat. I typed “I’m still waiting” every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I’m switching providers.
