First learn how to design an app and how to give easy access to clients to the app. If you do not have handy access and easy things to access how you want to grow a client base? I’m tired sooner or later I’ll move out to another service. if you target a senior client, house wife, teenager then consider very easy access. You don’t have easy access, don’t have good customer service those things can’t be hidden under 2-4 high start reviews, it’s gradually declined your client base.

    Very good customer service. All in one call. I’m happy to be able to talk to the real person not computer. No need to call again and again to talk with the auto answering machine and endless click on the number in the menu. Keep up the good work Fastweb.

    as a celular service provider you guys expect either only italian people to use your services or the entire world should learn italian, because your app dosen’t support English and i had to suffer so so much, there was no help, neither your customer service number had any English option. there was some random deduction without any explanation. finally i had to discard your sim and take another company connection!

    facile da capire ed hai accesso a tutte le informazioni necessarie usando connessione Fastweb, tranne alcuni costi aggiuntivi chiamando/ connettendosi all’estero. Sarebbe perfetta se anche questi costi sono elencati nella sezione “Dettaglio del traffico” con rispettivi chiarimenti.
