First learn how to design an app and how to give easy access to clients to the app. If you do not have handy access and easy things to access how you want to grow a client base? I’m tired sooner or later I’ll move out to another service. if you target a senior client, house wife, teenager then consider very easy access. You don’t have easy access, don’t have good customer service those things can’t be hidden under 2-4 high start reviews, it’s gradually declined your client base.

    Funziona discretamente bene, merita di essere migliorata con features che agevolino l’utente, come per esempio la possibilità di spegnere i led la notte, di rinominare i dispositivi in modo da riconoscerli anche da altre applicazioni (Spotify, Alexa, etc.). Comunque nel complesso utile e funzionanale.

    L’app non è male, però il backend ha sicuramente ancora problemi. Errori generici appaiono talvolta invece di errori informativi.

    The app itself is good. Most of the issues come from what is behind the app: support is often very bad, and two or three calls are necessary to solve the issue. For a couple of months the app was counting my traffic abroad doubled. Currently, some days i get my data blocked for a couple hours.

    Nothing works! No way to check remaining credit, set payment method, or … . Always showing me “Bad Request” error page 🙁

    Good but signal is not coming in some areas of Bologna in side the city. Please update the network speed because We trust a lot in the calls and internet. Please do better job. Don’t leave this problem. Now I am besides Amiran Griffitti restaurant. But here I am getting H signal not 4G. In the centre it self is not coming 4G. Please update. Thank you.
