There are 3 versions of this app. Lot of people are getting confused like myself. The Play store will only allow you to download one. If you the bata version you won’t receive notices unless you go into the app and change some permissions. The one link that can open is 360 but that is only a hot spots when setting up cams. After cam connects to hit spot it should allow a second link, homeveryago. That when it’s connected to your wifi and send you the notices. It took me sometime to find the bug.

    July 2, 2024: Tried installing on a new phone and it says it’s the wrong password. Using the same password as on my other phone, which continues to work well enough. Sept 29, 2024: I installed the latest update. Now, I don’t even get a screen to put in any user info. It just immediately tells me there is a password error and won’t let me in!

    The worst thing I have done was updating the app. Now, the Camara does not connect despite being rite above my wifi router.

    I have 3 of these cameras. Smooth operation and app runs fast and view is good. I love that they are wireless so I can move them to wherever I need them. Battery life is good.

    Wifi connection always weak. 90% of time. On same floor as router . Just about 15 ft away. Very dissapointed.

    I like the app and I’m happy with the subscription… Could we please get the option to see the camera in portrait? I know we can turn it 180 but please add a 90degrees option thank you!

    I had to leave my apartment for weeks while it was being worked on so I installed these cameras to keep an eye on our belongings. The cameras are clear and I have had no issues with the app. The batteries were still good when I returned, even with all the movement. However the subscription is a total waste – I haven’t been able to access a single cloud video. You also need a pro subscription to see the cameras in real time on your laptop but it’s free in the app, so that’s a bit silly.
