Does not allow my email when i tried to register. Says already taken. I then try to log in using my Xperience access. Goes in but says “network error.” I only tried because of the promo. But it is a disappointment. Uninstalled. One star only. Today, i tried to reinstall. It now accepts my old email and password from the old Xperience app. Maybe they migrated the info from Xperience to this new gofiber app. I see the dashboard but not as good as the Xperience board. Where you have the buttons for immediate concerns. If i tap on the download for my soa, it closes. And have to tap on the app icon again and log in. I still feel the old Xperience app is better.

We are only three persons using the wifi. 2 laptop 1 for our student who enjoy the benefit of ur good service plus his cellphone. Another laptop for my son plus another cellphone. Mine is only cellphone. Even if we use them simultaneously we did not experience interruption in service. Thank u so much.

Registration and linking of our account is super fast. I also like the interface of this new app, everything can be seen at a glance. I’m not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews here.
3/15/2023: The login issue is already fixed. Thank you for adding the payment notifications. 🫡👌 1/3/2023: After update, login is always not successful. Why? Hoping to include the reference number in successful notification message. Also no email or sms notification with reference after successful payment. Please also cosider adding payment history
Not perfect. But it gets the job done. 👌

Even if you paid on time. I’ve been experiencing frequent issues with the internet connection, including slow speeds, interruptions, and occasional complete loss of service. This has been affecting my work and access to essential services. I chose your service expecting reliable and consistent internet, but lately, it hasn’t met that standard. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a long-term solution to ensure a stable connection.

Almost the same with the previous app. I have 2 accounts and still I need to register individually and have separate dashboard. It would be better if I can login and check the dashboard for both accounts in one single view.
Edited: Wow, you actually fixed your app. Ever since I got notifications for bills for an account I did not ask to make, I was very suspicious of your app. My original account no longer reflected the status of my router. I constantly asked to get my account number changed to the new one, but for the longest time, there was no action, and the replies were the same claim of resolution that didn’t happen. But this time around, they added the option to add account numbers! Great work!
Good service . When it comes to internet connection
How to use this app if you CANNOT EVEN LOGIN? Does not accept my login credentials! Tried, uninstalling, re-installing for 5x already. It has been a week already, but no updates whatsoever to fix the issue. EDIT: After the latest update, suddenly my login credentials were all accepted. Thank you Converge.
This app is not “super convenient” as advertised. Can’t seem to pass the email verifying section. Always sever timed out. Very frustrating. Tech support provided a solution though through a tedious process but worked. That’s why I change my 1-star to 3-stars.
Goods nmn. I hope na upgrade pa itong apps nato. Like makita kng sno naka connect at pwede mablock. Katulad sa Tp-link pwede mablock khit sno, even pc or router.
Hi Converge! About the App, everything’s good so far but my concern is the Payment Section especially the E-wallets option. There’s no selection of choices in that section such as G-cash, Paymaya, Paypal and so on. Hoping may this be one of your focus to fix immediately for better and faster payment transaction for those who use E-wallets option. Thanks in advance and more power!
(1) The statistics about the modem such as how many devices are connected and the modem temperature are very useful features. But they are no longer working on my end for a very long time now. (2) The Captcha is really annoying feature I constantly have to deal with, whenever I would pay thru the app.

They should add change password for the modem and blocking of devices for convenience of the owner.
