Coin Snap is the perfect app if your a beginner collector or a master collector. But for beginners sake.. You’ll use a phone camera to scan coins on both sides. It pulls up info like the dates, values, errors, even the type of metals that make up the coin scanned. The app has over 40,000 coins to browse and a wishlist feature for coins you find that you might want. The app has a Collections feature allowing you to add your coins to a well organized simple to view list for all the coins you own!!

Great App! It actually provides a lot of information, allows you to keep a small collection and will give an estimated value of your coins for free! Then if you want to get serious, you can pay to upgrade which I can imagine is fantastic!
its free,just back out of the subscription offer,its great for recording keeping organized of your whole collection, unlimited space to collect full sets of every coin set since forever.. if it would just up its prices on how much the value is on flawless examples of coins. it would be easy to use. I use this 1 other coin app for a 2nd opinion.
Excellent Application
This app is very convenient for me since I have always liked to check my coins hoping to run across the one in a million rare or error coin that can fund my dreams, but we can all dream right? But seriously, I do find a little bit of cash in coins according to CoinSnap anyway. Now to find someone who will actually pay for them. That’s the thing, if that option was integrated into the app it would be ideal. I couldn’t tell you if the quotes they gave me are even close but we can dream right?
seems to be a good app but the fact that it does not use professionals to recheck or submit any coin that they find with a professional is a bit concerning. like is the app truly reliable? I’d like to see a way the app can get professional help. going through the different agencies that already provide experience. would generally help give the app a better idea with their system to use its data and cross referencing the price of each coin. I just want to see it back by a professional company….

it takes long to load but once I was started I was able to check many of my dad’s coin collection.
A well designed app, but as a casual user I can’t see myself paying for it weekly, monthly, or yearly.

App is great but customer support sucks! I have a new phone and can’t transfer my data over. It doesn’t recognize my login at all even though I paid for the year. I have contacted the customer support multiple times and they don’t bother getting back to me!
I got the free trial, then it charged me for the year. Ok fine. But I got a new phone, reinstalled the app and there is no where at all to log in to my account and it just keeps asking me to do a trial again and then pay for the year, $39.99, again. I want either a refund or for someone to tell me how to log in to my account on the app. Not impressed at all.
good app to help you with grading coins
QUIK and easy for any age. There is a fee after 7 days, so consider what your collection may be worth in the long run.
It’s ok I like the app and all but it would be nice if they had a rare coin, miss truck coin, error coin, recalled coin and flawed coin index and identifier with the free version of the app. I’m not sure if they offer that in the paid for version I didn’t get a chance to explore the entire app in the 3 days free trial of it. None the less it would be a cool free feature in the app.

The trial period and easy to use easy to upload pictures but the value was a bit off. It could have been lightning. Don’t know how to cancel the app trial 😒??
I like the app a lot; I am, however, unsure as to whether I will continue subscribing as its cost is too high for the service it provides. However, I will reiterate my appreciation of this app. CoinSnap is well designed and useful, just a bit too much $ £ € for a singular service.
