Ranking of War (ROW) is a 3D real-time tactics match that allows participants to build an army training base, exploit resources and engage in battles against enemies. With SinglePlayer and Zombie modes, the match offers a range of matchplay experiences.
In SinglePlayer mode, participants can choose their preferred country, location, color and battle with up to 7 AI opponents. In Zombie mode, participants must build an army to defend against waves of zombies.
The match is inspired by legendary real-time tactics matchs on computers and the power of the world's militaries. In ROW, participants must exploit resources, build military and defensive buildings and create combat units such as inaficionadotry, tanks, war vehicles, UAVs and aircraft.
Players have the option to choose their country, battle position, participant distinguishing color and military alliance. They can control one or more units directly, move around the map or attack enemies. There is no limit to the number of units on the map, and no network connection is required.

To mine resources, participants must obtain gold and oil. While gold can be earned by building a gold mining factory, oil pitchs can be occupied. Constructing defensive structures is more beneficial than buying troops to defend as buildings have higher health and armor, and can repair themselves. Military units have the ability to move around the map, with varying movement velocitys for different unit types.
Four military buildings in the match include Barrack, Tank Factory, Vehicle Factory and AirCraft Factory, which allow participants to purchase soldiers, tanks, tracked vehicles, wheeled tanks, IFVs, BMPs, mobile missile systems, UAVs, attack helicopters, fighters and bombers.
Military headquarters provide a few resources per second and allow for upgrading satellite technology, towers, and military structures. Upgrading unlocks advanced combat units, special units of different countries, and backline systems.
The match allows for up to eight participants on a map, including seven AI opponents. Players can ally with AI opponents and fight against other AI opponents. AI opponents come in three levels of difficulty, namely, Easy, Moderate and Difficult.
Each country has a special military unit with unique abilities, including America's stealth bombers, Germany's crawler self-propelled gun, France's wheeled self-propelled gun, the United Kingdom's modern air backline system, Russia's multiple rocket launcher system, and India's ATAGS with long firing range.
Defense systems, such as the Super Tesla Coil and Super Laser Cannon, have unique abilities to slow down enemy movement velocity and inflict high anti-aircraft damage, respectively.
In Zombie mode, participants must build backlines to destroy passing zombies and monsters. Each backline system has unique abilities, and participants must create a reasonable tactics to survive till the end.
ROW requires a CPU with eight cores, with the Snapdragon 625, G35, P35, and Exynos 850 as minimum system requirements. The recommended requirements are a CPU with eight cores, Snapdragon 665 or G80 (or greater), and 4 GB RAM (or greater).
