Jurassic Doom Cycling Extreme

Tampere University of Applied Sciences created a match called Jurassic Performom Cycling Extreme, which is a side-scrolling cycling match that is controlled with an exercise bike. The participant controls a t-rex riding a bike and must balance and survive hills, jumps, and holes on the track without falling. The match uses Bluetooth to connect a mobile device to a sensor that measures pedaling velocity. It features amazing graphics, smooth physics simulation, unbelievable sound and music design, multiple levels, and hightallys that allow participants to compete with their friends. The match requires Android 5.0 Lollipop or newer and an exercise bike with a Slimgy52 Bluetooth sensor. Currently, there is an exercise bike fitted with the sensor in TAMK’s Kuntokatu campus’ lobby.
