Rat Race 2 is a financial tactics board match that aims to help participants increase their cash flow and become successful entrepreneurs. The match allows participants to experience real-world money problems and find solutions. By paying expenses, collecting incomes, paying off loans, managing cash flow, buying stocks, investing in share markets, real estate, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits, participants can learn how to play the money match in real life.

Rat Race 2 has over 20 levels, each with a different perspective on money, ranked from easy to hard depending on the participant's money-making proficiencys. There are two modules: "ESCAPE RAT RACE," which focuses on saving money and getting out of the rat race, and "GET RICH," which helps participants formulate plans to buy costly properties in a given time. The match also has a single-participant Unrestricted Run mode and a Custom Unrestricted Run mode, where participants can create their own world and test their financial proficiencys.
