Elmo Calls

Elmo Rings is an app that allows kids to make or receive audio and video calls from Elmo, get voicemail, and schedule calls for special times like bath time or potty time. It encourages children to play and imagine, practice listening, and sing, fostering self-confidence by celebrating important moments in a child's life. The app features different activities such as saying the ABCs, talking about special plans, celebrating holidays, cheering on learning, singing, forming healthy habits, and playing and pretending with Elmo. The app has been tested on various devices and is a joint project between Sesame Workshop and IDEO. Sesame Workshop aims to use the educational power of media to help children grow smarter, stronger, and kinder, while IDEO is a human-centered design and innovation firm.
