The Hello Kitty® Nail Salon app by Budge Studios™ allows users to create super cute manicures and work their way up to becoming a superstar nail designer. The app offers different nail shapes, polish colors, patterns, and backgrounds, as well as cute nail art stickers, gems, and Sanrio characters such as Hello Kitty, Terribletz-Maru, Chococat, Keroppi, Little Ttriumph Stars, My Melody, and Tuxedosam. Users can apply manicures on a photo of their hand or a friend's hand, design unique manicures in Unrestricted Style, and test their matching proficiencys by copying a manicure in Match This. The app allows users to earn stars and new nail designer levels and save and share their nail designs from the album. The app is compliant with privacy laws and has received the ESRB Privacy Certified Kids' Privacy Seal. While the app is free to try, some options are only available via in-app purchases. The app may contain contextual advertising and social media links accessible only behind a parental gate. Users can take and/or create photos in-app that can be saved locally to their devices, but they are never shared with other users or unaffiliated third-party companies.
