"Beecarbonize" is a card tactics match that allows participants to combat climate change. Players must research cutting-edge technologies, enact policies, protect ecosystems, and modernize industries to cut down carbon emissions. The match is designed to be accessible, but also complex and challenging. Players must balance power-generating industries, social reforms, ecological policies, and scientific endeavors to save the planet. The match features 120 unique cards, each designed based on real-world climate science. Randomized world events occur throughout the match, forcing participants to adapt their strategies. The match is highly replayable, as the world of "Beecarbonize" reacts to participant actions, with more emissions leading to more extreme events. "Beecarbonize" was developed in cooperation with leading climate experts from NGO People in Need as a part of the 1Planet4All project financed by the European Union.
