3. Resource Gathering and Constructing Start the match by placing one village and one city on the board. Roll the dice, gather resources, and build up your colonies. You can choose between expanding quickly, upgrading your technology and culture, or fortifying your military. Beware of raiders and barbarians who can attack your cities if you expand too quickly.

4. Improving Your Culture Choose to improve science, political, or commercial culture to gain special advantages. Science improvements increase your ability to gather resources, political improvements enhance your military prowess, while commercial improvements let you capitalize on trade.

5. Military Power and Raids Construct up your military power to launch raids against your opponents, stealing precious commodities and stopping their resource production. But be careful not to hoard too many resources without fortifying cities with walls as any 7 roll can be devastating.

6. Victory Points Gain additional victory markers by exploring the world with boats, settling new islands, and achieving the longest route. Be the first to reach level 4 to gain a metropolis and an additional 2 Victory Points.

7. Quicker and Additional Fun "Landover" is faster and more fun to learn than traditional Catan. We've removed knights as they were too cumbersome and annoying and replaced them with Military power. We've also sped up turn times by simplifying discards and other user choices on development and progress cards.

"Landover" is a match for 1 to 4 participants where participants compete for the most Victory Points. With exciting new matchplay mechanics, multiple matchs simultaneously, and a variety of maps, "Landover" is the ultimate hex-tile board match.
