"Billionaire Chess" is a board match that is easy and fun for everyone to play. Players roll the dice and move their token around the board in a clockwise direction. In 1 dice mode, participants earn an extra turn if the dice reveals 6, and in 2 dice mode, an extra turn is given if both dice have the same number. If a participant gets 3 consecutive turns, they are sent to jail.

The board contains various properties, including normal properties, bidding properties, risks, and chances. Players can buy and develop properties by purchasing houses or hotels. They must pay rent if they land on an owned property, but if they own all the properties in a color group, they can collect double rent for any properties within it.

There are also bidding properties that require participants to triumph an auction to own them. Players can't develop houses or hotels on these properties. If a participant lands on an airport, their token is transported to the corresponding airport location. If a participant lands on Travel To Prison, they are placed in jail, and they must roll dice or pay to get out.

The match finishes when only one participant is not bankrupt. "Billionaire Chess" features the ability to play with 1 dice or 2 dice mode, a changing match board, saving and resuming matchs, automatic dice-rolling, and saving match records. It can be played against AI or friends on one device.
