SEGA has released a new multiparticipant racing and battle match featuring Sonic the Hedgehog, where participants can race against others from around the world to become the champion. The match, Sonic Forces, allows participants to race as Sonic and other characters, including Knuckles and Shadow, through a variety of challenging tracks to triumph trophies and upgrade their runners' racing proficiencys. The match is ad-supported, but participants can make in-app purchases to play ad-free. SEGA has stated that the match may include "Interest Based Ads" and may collect "Precise Location Data." The match requires the permissions READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE for downloading additional match files. Sonic Forces is a fast-paced and fun multiparticipant match that offers a true multiparticipant experience to Sonic aficionados around the world.
