Everything works as intended. Setup was easy, and the app controls are pretty straightforward. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the app definitely can be improved. Future firmware and software updates would make the product better. Specifically, motion detection tracking so the camera motors center the motion in frame and then returns to the set spot, better camera movement controls for more precise camera positioning, and a better interface for managing SD Card Storage would be great additions.

It’s nice and really good for the job.
good, clear and moreover, no ads
bit of a pain to set up, especially with SD card but worth the trouble so far. having spotty trouble getting videos to save on the SD card. sometimes works sometimes it doesn’t. not sure how to fix this (yes its formatted)
Inqmega is now requiring UBox as the app for viewing the current generation of their security cameras. UBox seems to be ad free and far superior to the now ad filled “YCC365 Plus” as far as functionality and layout. Sadly, the full screen option does not work. When I press the full screen button, it acts like full screen has begun, then I am suddenly back to the camera selector home screen. I did not get any notifications whatsoever when setting up and installing the cameras.
I have only used it for a few days but great so far. The playback is too short at 7 seconds though.
App is good, camera night vision don’t work.
The device is working perfectly fine i recommend it…..i have been using it for the past two years without any problem .
camera is good quality and I like it but an annoying bug is ruining the experience. Anytime my wife logs in from her phone to view the camera it logs me out and vice versa. So, we never receive motion alerts. Reading up on this, it seems to have been a known bug for some time now. Please fix this! It’s insanely annoying
The app is OK but lacks some modern basics such as presets for the camera views (it is a ptz cam after all) and also the SD card doesn’t seem to be properly detected. The app also lacks any tracking functionality (hardware dependent of course) and also the pan and tilt functions don’t work in landscape mode for whatever reason. This app needs some love.
Nice product but needs update. No target detection, no focus on target. Pls update app and will be so nice user friendly product.

this camera is just as described and more and I really like the fact that it’s doesn’t have the red camera light that would usually appear on a camera to show its recording
Great app and camera, what I was looking for to add some security and peace of mind to my home when we are not around. like how the battery keeps a charge through out the night. Definitely recommend this camera if your looking to add some security to your home.

Would be 1 star but the product itself is great. The customer support on the otherhand is HORRIBLE! Pd full year of unlimited use after free trial x3. I’ve had no problem w/2 but 1 has never worked properly. For the 1st 6 months, it would stop registering activity after a few days so I finally moved it. After it started working, I received a message saying that I was abusing the data. Then it completely canceled my data. It’s been over a week, numerous contact attempts still no response.
