Everything works as intended. Setup was easy, and the app controls are pretty straightforward. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the app definitely can be improved. Future firmware and software updates would make the product better. Specifically, motion detection tracking so the camera motors center the motion in frame and then returns to the set spot, better camera movement controls for more precise camera positioning, and a better interface for managing SD Card Storage would be great additions.

Camera works well. Could use a grid like more professional systems do by having a grid that turns on and off grid points for motion detection. I then could aim camera at a more level aim where there is more of the driveway. As is, all I can do is look at steps. Then if one camera is recording the other will not alarm. Otherwise after learning all settings, works great.
could use a central button to mute and active all audio alarms
So far, app is awesome. easy setup and connect. Much better then the more expensive camera I bought that no longer works after a year. More to come, just came in today.
So far so good, we see how the new updates go, I have stuck tape over the holes to make it more weather proof and bug proof, and it works well.
No Playback made available on Phone Storage, except on SD Card placed on Camera.

I have 3 cameras 2 of them work great the 3 one worked for awhile then it stopped charging I took it down twice charged it put it back up didn’t last 24 hours, other than it a great product.
Great app so far. It would be great if the cameras can define an area to focus on rather than picking up every movement during human tracking mode. Ring has this feature and it works very well in defining areas of focus within a camera’s point of view.

This is the app that controls your ‘simcard’ camera(s). The cameras form part of your security strategy. If you go away you can monitor your garden, for example. Notifications are instant and you can rest assured! Well known door pushes can also keep a watch on things – but with this app you can steer your cameras through 270° with a paddle remotely. In addition you can download ‘events’ from the camera’s data card for security. An excellent security addition!
It would be better if you told your purchaser to download your JavisCam app to get the camera to activate it. Fighting with the QR reader for almost a week before I figured out to download your app.
So far so good! It’s supposed to hook up with Alexa and Blink. no directions on how to do that. This questionnaire popped up before I could even look at the program so I’m going to connect in more depth later.
Camera is on my boat on a mooring, it gives me great peace of mind to be able to check on her whenever I want.
I am very happy how clear the picture is how say it as very easy to use . Customer service was very helpful you did not have to wait very long for them to help
