Everything works as intended. Setup was easy, and the app controls are pretty straightforward. I give 4 out of 5 stars because the app definitely can be improved. Future firmware and software updates would make the product better. Specifically, motion detection tracking so the camera motors center the motion in frame and then returns to the set spot, better camera movement controls for more precise camera positioning, and a better interface for managing SD Card Storage would be great additions.

the app lags at times, and, most annoying, camera settings get lost. I feel the developer should fix these bugs! if it worked reliably, it would be a superb solution. the cameras are actually great, but with an unreliable app the experience is not always 100%
App is alright aside from when on my tablet I can’t full screen the live feed. I can on my phone. But app closes on tablet whenever I click full screen.

I like it so far. It does what it’s supposed to do. Some things I wish it would do a little better but not bad.
Love the cameras. I have 2 and would buy several more if the plans weren’t so expensive. Would be better if it had multiple camera packages for the subscription instead of one subscription per camera. Other cameras that I use have a subscription that the more cameras you have, the cheaper it is per camera. If this one had the same deal, I would replace all my cameras with these and give it 5 stars.
Apps is fine,working good for me,but the IR light always automatic turn on,actually the condition is not dark,hope it can turn off the IR light by user,and also the TF card videos can not direct download to my phone,I need to disassembly the doorbell and put the TF card to computer or phone to download.I hope I can delete or download the videos file direct from my phone.Thanks your hardworking. Nice!!! Installed it, and so far, it works like a charm!! Technology can get the best of me. However, if I can do it, then anyone can. It’s pretty straightforward.

I don’t mind the cost of activation and payments. I want to use my cloud vs paying a subscription. Overall it’s easy to set up and install. Do try to put up atleast 9′ for better coverage.

Latest update caused a camera display problem. When selecting a specific camera, the resulting screen shows the image “compressed ” and distorted. Image height is not correct now.
works good for, fills all the needs
It works but the app needs improving. I’m using it on a boat so I can’t have the notification settings on because it is always moving, however it is still very useful to monitor your boat in bad weather. It would be useful to have gps location as an option, recently broke its mooring in savage wind but luckily landed on the beach and the flood light made it a lot easier to find in pitch black and sheet rain, great that I could record the whole event that didn’t turn into an insurance claim

good experience. one difficulty is that changing from SD quality to HD quality can not be saved. So if you change it, close the app, it will revert back from HD to SD.
works well for one camera. But would be better if they would make the app work with android home and have multi camera monitoring.
There should be a way to fix offline mode without having to go to cctv location to touch the hardware.
