The app's key features include Shilla Rewards membership, access to Shilla Rewards coupons, room and dining reservation services, mobile check-in/check-out, exclusive special offers and events, notifications of promotions and member benefits, information about hotel rooms, restaurants, wedding venues, banquet halls, and other amenities, and multilingual support in English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. Additionally, the app allows users to submit questions or suggestions.
Users can select which services they wish to access, such as push notifications or the ability to attach images to the gallery.
