Airport pickups get 1 hour of complimentary wait time, and chauffeurs will track the flight and adjust the pickup time in case of delays. Customers can reach 24/7 customer care via live chat or call, and immediate pickups are possible in select cities with Chauffeur Hailing.
To book a ride, customers can use the "Blacklane" app and receive ride status notifications and live chauffeur location tracking. Payment is processed automatically through the app once the ride is finished.
