UTair has released a new update for its official Android app, which includes a total overhaul of the interface to provide a better mobile experience. Passengers can now purchase airline tickets, add services such as private insurance, check themselves and their fellow travelers in for the flight, choose and buy comfortable seats, get QR codes for boarding passes, send printable boarding passes via email, change seats after check-in, cancel and check-in again, and provide feedback. Although aviation rules still require printed boarding passes, self-check-in kiosks and reprint desks are available at major airports. UTair is committed to improving the app and will release new updates every two weeks. Users can provide feedback through the app or the UTair website.
