Ring a Bike provides a fast and convenient way to rent bicycles all over Germany. With over 13,000 bikes available in more than 80 cities, users can rent a bike at any time and any location through the app. The app displays all available bikes on an interactive map and allows for easy rental via QR code or bike number entry. The latest feature allows users to pause their ride and resume it later by pushing the red lever on the lock. The app also allows for flexible parking options for a fee. Users can track their journey details and costs within the app and manage their customer account, redeem voucher codes, and report damage. Registering for the service is easy via the app, and users can provide feedback and rate the app on the App Store, Facebook, or Instagram.

Berlin: since November 2022 return of Bikes only possible at stationsWe will now inform you in the app and by text message if you have returned a bike outside a station. Then you have 5 minutes to decide whether you
* want to continue the ride and park the bike at a station
* or simply pause your ride.
After 5 minutes left, we will charge a service fee of minimum 10 € for returning a bike outside a station.
