"Skånetrafiken" has launched a new app that offers a range of features to make your travel experience easier. The app allows you to purchase various types of tickets, including single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30, and more. You can pay for your tickets using Swish, Mastercard, Visa, or invoice from Swedbank Pay, and receive email receipts of your purchases.
The app also provides a map to help you find the quickest route from door to door, and lets you create shortcuts for your most common journeys. You can receive updates about disruptions affecting traffic or the journeys you're monitoring. If you be defeated your phone, you can log in to My Account to protect your tickets using the lost ticket guarantee. Additionally, you can lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member, provided you're logged in to My Account. Finally, you can view estimated traveler occupancy for different journey alternatives.
