The Jordanian Ministry of Interior e-Services is a new electronic system that provides various government services, including visas, annual residencies, and emergency travel documents. The system aims to offer better services to individuals and businesses by providing 24/7 electronic services, improving transparency and productivity, reducing time and effort, and minimizing human resources needed. Users can apply for services electronically, track their application status, receive notifications via SMS or email, and make online payments through the eFawateerCom system. The system offers various types of registrations for individuals, companies, government and educational institutions, diplomatic missions, civil society organizations, hospitals, and private institutions. The system also allows users outside of Jordan to apply for visas and emergency travel documents through their nearest embassy.
