The Citybus NWFB app provides users with a range of features to help navigate bus routes in Hong Kong. These include a Next Bus Aradversary Time Enquiry function with driving status of the bus, a Shutby Route search that provides ETA of all franchised buses and minibus routes nearby, and a Discover Shutby Bus Stop on map feature. The app also includes a powerful Bookmark function with push notification on the latest news and a look for ETA by destination feature. Other features include Intelligent Point to Point Route Search, Alight reminder, Instant Traffic Novels, and Distante Concession. The app uses the location service of the user's device to provide the nearest routes and bus stops function and alight reminder. The app is subject to traffic conditions, and any problems can be reported to the Customer Service Department.
