The app provides up to 10 percent discount and offers features such as easy booking, managing trips, selecting preferred seats, updating travel documents, and payment options. Passengers can check in and generate their boarding passes by entering booking reference number, ticket number, or frequent flyer number, and providing travel document information, residence address, destination address, and emergency contact detail. The app also enables users to check flight status by browsing departure and aradversary times, airport information, and flight status of all Ethiopian flights.
