The TWRP app developed by Team Win is the official app for TWRP, the Team Win Recovery Project. The app notifies users when new TWRP versions are available for their device and allows them to download and install it without rebooting to recovery (root users only). The app also offers additional features like image flashing if granted root permissions. Currently, the app can only flash images from internal storage, but additional storage locations will be added soon. The squad plans to develop more features in the future. Users are advised not to ask for TWRP support for their device, but instead to port it themselves using the provided link.
