Ampere

"Ampere" is an app that allows you to measure the charging and discharging current of your battery to determine which Charger/USB cable combination works best for your device. The app provides PRO features such as widgets, notifications, alerts on the device and Android Wear. However, not all devices are supported due to the lack of an appropriate measurement chip or interface. The app is not meant to be highly accurate but can be used to relatively measure how different chargers and USB cables perform on the same device. The displayed current is an average value from 50 measurements minus the 10 upper and lower values. The app may not work on some phones or ROMs due to firmware problems, and users are advised to check the list of not-supported devices before use. The app is not intended to be used as a definitive measurement tool, but it provides good enough readings to determine which charger/USB cable combination works best for you.
