I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

    multiple payment types go through amount deducted ,but order won’t confirm, then wait for 3-5 days for them to refund. Don’t know where did Swiggy go wrong all of a sudden

    I was going to order the same fod on Zomato, it was almost 500 and here just 330. I never liked Swiggy for wierd interface. But from now I’m gonna use it all the time I’m goom order food. thanks for a good experience.

    Overall app is good but you should also add an option where we can mark dishes as favorite apart from restaurants. This feature is already there in other delivery app. Quite useful.

    Swiggy is one good platform offering variety of useful services ⭐👍 A lot of time and effort goes into developing such multi utility platform. Always keep the scope for improvement through listening to customer grievances and genuine feedbacks. I will surely recommend Swiggy to everyone who needs their services ✌️😊

    So far I have had very good experience with swiggy, however, I would like you guys to allow purchase from multiple restaurants in a single order. Currently this is not available. But when I’m looking at restaurants and scrolling down it automatically refreshes and takes me to the beginning of the page and I have to scroll back again which is highly annoying.

    Swiggy – I love the name and the silent and efficient way their system works. All good resturants are linked with the app. I love having resturant food in the comfort of my kitchen.

    My experience with Swiggy so far has been good. Deliveries are usually on time, they provide good discounts occasionally and I have not yet faced any issue with cancellation or bad packing.

    Food ordered in the outlet is atleast 15 to 20% cheaper than Swiggy it. Plus other charges like hotel charges and delivery charges extra… total you would end up paying 30% extra for the same food which you can get it for less… You can compare the price list sitting in any hotel

    i do recommend people to use this as this platform has verified as well as authenticate hotel and restaurant..At the same time this too provides multiple discounts and offers from time to time.. ** Must try guys **

    for some reason Swiggy does not refund the full original amount. they have taken upon themselves to steal a part of the full amount you paid for the food you haven’t received. but those instances are rare otherwise the services are good and fast atleast where I live
