I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

Pl include direct Phone Pe Payment option , not just through wallet. I may not want to link bank UPI option , but may want to pay thru phone PE. Currently, I have to go to phone pe, then login to swiggy from there to be able to pay
Truly very good app for ordering foods from several stores/restaurants in right prices. Offers/discounts/deals are available here and can be applied to reduce purchase cost by avoiding extra charges, for example, delivery fee. One can conveniently handle all the necessary things (payment/food sorting/price sorting/delivery time) associated to food ordering online on this app. Sincerely, Dr. Subhendu Som University of Calcutta

Awesome ! I’m happy to find these services in India, definetely going to review Swiggy on my YouTube channel soon! Edit: (8 years later of my original review): the app is very laggy and the interface is so weird especially with address choosing and the continuing, it feels like a college project. improve the app. reducing from 5 to 4 stars.

Swiggy has been very good with right products and offers competitive prices. Since last one week the Instamart application keep throwing “with this product, cart weight is beyond delivery partner can safely can carry” and does not allow placing the order. Not sure if this only in Bangalore area or across. Check this issue.
Nice and extremely helpful app with similar traits of efficient service; backed by dedicated teams – on and off ground. However, I find the reward system a bit confusing 😊

Swiggy customer service is deteriorating exponentially, I wish I could provide negative ratings. I am not someone who form opinion based on one incident and on swiggy I have had multiple instances of bad experience. Sometimes they will assign delivery partner who will not deliver and then they will give random reason and assign other one. In the process you wait for hours. Even in 10 minute category they show order deliverable within 8 minutes and when you order they will deliver in 30 minutes.
Firstly,i want to say that i am foodie.i used many of app like zomato also.,but when i used swiggy,i feel great exprience. The hygeinic food with better quality,lovely price,excutives behaviours and most of all customer centric. I compared price with other app..i found swiggy is much better than any others. One time,i found my item is missing then i called swiggy..they apologise and In minimum time ,they send item. Thank you swiggy

For the swiggy Director: if you read this review. I like to express my thoughts on an extra service idea. “Pick up at the restaurant.” Like picking up the order from the restaurant on the way from office to home, just an example. Like the one they have in Domino’s and KFC. Your service is good.

Very Good And Make Easy Life for Enjoying Food All Over.Just Wanted to Tell try To Give The Same Rate of Shop Keeper In Swiggy Menu…As there is Difference in Rate in Shop Menu for example it is 230 in Shop And Swiggy Menu it shows 250..Beside that Like the Service keep it up.
Swiggy app is really wonderful – smooth to use, wide variety of restaurants, and quick delivery. The only drawback is that multiple coupon codes can’t be combined for discounts, unlike Zomato where you can stack offers and save more. If Swiggy introduces this feature, it would make the experience even better!
